With the rapid encroachment of housing developments small family farms are becoming a thing of the past. As for Sonny Scott and Long & Scott farms if he has it his way the farm will still be operating 60 years from now as it was 60 years before today when they first broke ground on the sandy soil north of lake Apopka.
