Inevitably we as hunters are doomed to make a bad shot on a animal. You could spend every waking moment preparing for the shot, running through and practicing every scenario possible to ensure a clean kill but eventually fate and a little tough luck will catch up with you. when that time comes it is our responsibility to ensure we do everything withing our power to recover our game. this week we discuss the do's and don'ts, the when and when nots to call in a tracking dog and its handler. What is expected of you as the hunter and what to expect out of a tracking team.
