Considering I was raised in the flatwoods of Florida, when I think of fishing in the saltwater I really don’t think of anywhere else but the state I call home. However, the ocean is vast and the fisheries are connected maybe more than you realize. Some fish even migrate similar to ducks down the flyways in the fall. This week we sat down with Steve Brewster to discuss the issues fishermen are facing in North Carolina and how they are already affecting fishermen up and down the Atlantic coast, Florida included.
